Here we have a Boss CE-2 Chorus Pedal, Made in Japan in the mid to late 1980's. The CE-1 was introduced in 1976 to emulate the onboard chorus effect on the Roland JC120 amp even containing the exact same circuit. The CE-2 was released in 1979, made to be a more compact version of the CE-1, still emulating the JC120 chorus but with a slightly different build. These pedals were produced in Japan from 1979 to 1988, the label changed from black to green in 1984 and production moved from Japan to Taiwan in 1988. This Pedal is in very good condition and has very minor wear. It does not come with a power supply or a box.
