This is a 1968 Ovation Typhoon II. The necks were built in the United States, the body and electronics were built in Germany. Hollow body, laminate spruce top with laminate maple back and sides. The neck is maple with a rosewood fretboard. This guitar's pickups have been upgraded with EMGs. The headstock has a chip in the treble side and considerable checking in the finish.
