Available now is an early 2000s Electro-Harmonix Stereo PolyChorus, a classic piece of modulation history. This is the highly sought-after, "big box" reissue version housed in a folded steel chassis. Famously utilized by Kurt Cobain during Nirvana's In Utero era, the PolyChorus is sought after for its lush, watery textures, analog warmth, and its ability to dive straight into absolute sonic chaos.

The Four Core Modes

  • Chorus: A sweeping, deep, organic analog chorus that ranges from subtle 12-string chime to dizzying rotary speaker simulations. Unlike standard chorus pedals, the interactive Feedback knob allows you to introduce regeneration for totally unique textures.

  • Flange: A thick, sweeping comb filter that delivers anything from a gentle, classic tape-style whoosh to a full-on jet plane roar.

  • Filter Matrix: Disengages the automatic LFO sweep completely, freezing the comb filter. This allows you to use the Tune/Delay knob to manually dial in static, metallic resonating frequencies—perfect for cutting through a heavy mix.

  • Double Track: A short, pure analog slapback echo (approx. 100ms) that adds massive spatial depth and breaks apart beautifully at high feedback settings.

Whether you are looking to nail the textures on Radio Friendly Unit Shifter, build ambient soundscapes, or inject analog character into your stereo rig, this big-box PolyChorus is the real deal. Please see all photos for condition. Sold "as-is". Includes EHX power supply.
