Built during Kramer’s early aluminum-neck period, the XKB-10 pairs a solid maple body with the company’s signature aluminum-and-wood hybrid neck, creating a bass that offers exceptional sustain, stability, and tonal clarity. The walnut inserts along the neck soften the feel of the aluminum spine, delivering a surprisingly comfortable playing experience while adding a touch of visual sophistication.
Finished in classic blue, the XKB-10 exudes a sleek, early-’80s aesthetic—angular, futuristic, and unmistakably Kramer. The ebonol fingerboard and 12" radius provide a smooth, fast surface ideal for articulate fingerstyle playing, tight funk lines, and punchy pick attack.
