The 1969 Gibson Blueridge is a rare and underrated acoustic model from Gibson’s late-’60s lineup, often overlooked but highly regarded for its balanced tone and sturdy build. This particular example features a natural finish over a spruce top, with the standout feature being a solid Brazilian rosewood back—a notable departure from the standard laminate back and sides found on most Blueridge models of the era.

The original tuners have been replaced with reliable 1970s Grover Rotomatic “Bullseye” tuners, providing excellent tuning stability and a distinctive vintage look.

This guitar exhibits honest cosmetic wear consistent with age, including "love marks" and minor dings. The Brazilian rosewood back adds depth and warmth to the tone, offering a rich midrange and smooth highs—perfect for fingerstyle, strumming, or flatpicking. Includes a non-original hard-shell case for safe transport and storage.

This guitar has been setup by our in-house luthier and is ready for the stage/studio! Please refer to our photos, and feel free to reach out with any questions about the cosmetic condition or playability. Condition is as-described.
