Here we have a very rare 1968 Merlin Red Baron guitar in very good condition. This guitar was made in Japan by Fujigen Gakki. There are a few cracks and dings in the finish, please refer to the photos. The Red Baron “logo” is impressed and painted onto the pickguard, instead of just a cheap sticker. The fingerboard is rosewood and the scale length is 23 1/2". There are 21 frets on this guitar. This has 2 Maxon-made pickups with 2 selector switches paired with a tremolo and volume control knob. The whammy bar is intact.
