Up for sale is a 1965 Ampeg B-12N Portaflex bass amp in excellent working condition. These classic flip-top Ampegs are legendary for their warm, deep tube tone and incredibly rich character. The iconic Portaflex design keeps the amp head mounted upside-down inside the cabinet for transport and flips up for use.

Incredible for bass, guitar, and studio use, the B-12N delivers that unmistakable vintage Ampeg sound. This example has had the output transformer replaced and a cap job done, but is otherwise original. 
 
These amps have become highly sought after for their recording quality, making this a fantastic piece for players, collectors, or studios.
