Here's a 1962 Gibson J-50 made in the U.S. in very good condition. This guitar has play wear as well as aging throughout, the tuner holes have some tear out from a past tuner install, see photos above. The guitar body is a dreadnought shape with mahogany back and sides and a spruce top in a gloss nitrocellulose natural finish. The neck is a one piece mahogany with a Brazilian rosewood fretboard, adjustable truss rod, and has 20 frets along with pearl dot inlays. The bridge was replaced by Randy Wood and is also made of Brazilian rosewood. This guitar is X braced and also has ivoroid binding and purfling. The tuners have been recently replaced with replica Kluson Deluxe tuners.

The scale length is 24 3/4" with a radius of 12" ,the nut width is 1.688" The action is at 3.5mm on the low E and 2.5mm on the high E at the 12th fret.
